- Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge until 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
1.2 Cancellation Fees:
- If a guest cancels their reservation less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
1.3 No Show:
- In the event that a guest fails to show up without prior notice, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
- Cancellation Procedure
2.1 Cancellation Request:
- To cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email. Please provide your booking details, including the reservation number, guest name, and scheduled arrival date.
2.2 Cancellation Confirmation:
- Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will acknowledge it and provide you with a cancellation confirmation via email.
- Refunds
3.1 Free Cancellation Period:
- If you cancel your reservation within the free cancellation period (14 days before arrival), you will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit or prepayment made.
3.2 Late Cancellations and No Show:
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date or in the case of a no-show will result in the forfeiture of the total price of the reservation. No refunds will be issued.

- If you need to modify your reservation dates, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
4.2 Changes to Reservation Length:
- Changes to the length of your reservation may be subject to availability and rate adjustments. Additional charges may apply.
- Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected guests as soon as possible and provide appropriate solutions.
